Membership Level Definitions:
Business: This is for businesses that are physically located within the boundaries of Ohio City. This membership level is eligible to vote for board members.
Institution: This is for nonprofit organizations that are physically located within the boundaries of Ohio city. This membership level is eligible to vote for board members.
Associate - Organization or Business: This membership level is for nonprofit organizations or businesses that are not physically located within the Ohio City Neighborhood. This membership level is not eligible to vote for board members.

The following information is not required unless you are registering as a voting-eligible member. This is the information for the physical location of the organization or business and will be used to verify that the member is physically located within the boundaries of Ohio City.
The Membership Point of Contact is the individual that OCI will reach out to for all information related to membership. This is also the person who is allowed to vote on the organization's behalf for board elections. This does not have to be the owner or person in charge of the organization, only someone who will be responsible for Ohio City Incorporated Membership information. This person can be changed at any time by reaching out to Ohio City Inc. or logging into the system and making changes.
Phone Numbers and Email Addresses are not required but are strongly encouraged to ensure communication. The Address provided should be the correct mailing address to send membership information to the point of contact.
The questions below are optional questions about your business or nonprofit organization. They are only for OCI's records and will be used to ensure that we are able to provide the services needed.

If you do not receive that email within 24 hours, please contact Lisa Raber at lraber@ohiocity.org to check the status of your membership.
